Send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you're using the email address associated with your Speed Skate League account. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you're still having trouble, email us and we'll look up your account.
Pull down to refresh the page. If the data still doesn't appear, check your internet connection and try again. Results are synced from the league database and may take a few minutes to appear after an event.
Go to your iPhone's Settings → Speed Skate League and make sure Notifications are enabled. Then open the app and let it reconnect to re-register your device.
The app caches your last-known data so you can still browse without a connection. Pull to refresh once you're back online to get live data.
